In our consistent effort to find new and improved ways of keeping customer satisfaction maximized, we have implemented our Customer Care Center.
The Customer Care Center is the first level of customer assistance. This enables us to respond quickly to all requests and using the latest software, remotely fix most issues, keeping your office productive.
Last month, we received 3,705 service calls, of those 859 were closed remotely. That is 27% of our customers that had a down copier were up and operational within an hour without waiting for a technician to arrive on-site!
Our Customer Care Center is comprised of talented individuals with combined experience in supporting a diverse range of network and printing solutions. They have varying software and hardware certifications along with A+, Linux+, Server+, Net+, MCSE, MCP, MCSA, Apple, Cisco to name a few. We are proud of this group and look at it as our first line of assistance to all of our customers.
